The service we received whilst checking in was fantastic. Whilst waiting in a queue we were offered refreshments (water and/or prosecco) and this was repeatedly offered whilst waiting which was a lovely touch. The lady that checked us in was also extremely polite and friendly and explained everything well. We had access to the executive lounge which was great and I felt worth the money. It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere with high quality offerings for both breakfast and afternoon tea lunch. The location was great and perfect for us who were visiting primarily for a concert in Hyde Park.

The location is perfect i can go everywhere by walking the housekeeper is very trustworthy I forgot my phone twice and when i came back i found there.
